Since I missed Take 1, I am here to tell you that Boozed & Confused (Take 2) was a yummy and very pretty cocktail.  This was another plant based cocktail from Fig & Ash.  Alan actually had this cocktail last weekend and I had the Pecan or Pecan’t.

Ingredients:

Thyme Gin

Dry Vermouth

Pickled Blueberry

Elderflower

Egg White

Sprig of Thyme
