Houlihans in Pittsburgh has a great happy hour.  Cheap eats and reasonable cocktails.  Alan enjoyed a Mandarin Martini this past week.  Of course, I had a sip or two!

Ingredients:

Absolut Mandrin

Malibu Coconut Rum

Mango

Lemon Juice

Orange Juice

Chipotle Habanero Margarita

I had this Chipotle Habanero Margarita quite a few weeks ago when I had the Heirloom Tomato Salad at Frances.  I forgot to record the ingredients of the margarita – sorry to keep you waiting! Ingredients: Tequila Blanco House Chile Blend Cilantro Lime The pepper salt rim was good and spicy!
