We went with friends to enjoy restaurant week in Pittsburgh. We chose Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse for our fixed price 3 course meal. The atmosphere, the food and the cocktails were fabulous. Before dinner, I tried a plant based cocktail called Blood Orange Spritz.

Blood Orange-Guava Barmalade – Barmalade is a brand of all natural fruit cocktail mixers.
Fresh Lemon Juice
Prosecco
Garnished with rosemary and an orange slice
