I already shared the yummy beer flight that we had at The Washington Brewing Company.  TWBC does a great job with their wood fired pizzas too!  We ordered a What the Duck pizza which was so delicious!

Ingredients:

White Sauce

Smoked Duck – never saw a pizza with duck as an option but it was done just right!

Mushroom

Onions

Arugula – one of my favorite greens!

Balsamic Glaze
