We love eating Mexican food – La Palapa is one of our favorite restaurants in Pittsburgh! The cocktails that we had were the VIP Strawberry Cucumber Margarita (on the left) and the Jalapeno Mezcaltini Cocktail.  So yummy!

VIP Strawberry Cucumber Margarita Ingredients:

Espolon Tequila or Amally Mezcal

Homemade Sour Mix

Cucumbers

Strawberries

Jalapeno Mezcaltini Ingredients:

Don Amado Mezcal Rustico

Vermouth

Homemade Jalapeno Syrup

The last cocktail (Post Road Cocktail) that I reviewed was from Colorado.

Recently we went back to Con Alma to enjoy some jazz.  While Alan got his usual Backstage Sally, I had a lovely cocktail called Seein Red. Ingredients: Chopin Vodka Le Verger Apple Liqueur Pomegranate Lemon Prosecco Love the fruit in this plant based cocktail:  apple, pomegranate and lemon!
