Shiitake and Black Garlic Pate

This is so simple and beyond good! We recently went to Mary’s Vine and had a glass of wine with some Shitake and Black Garlic Pate.

Ingredients:

Shiitake Mushrooms – while I have not grown any mushrooms, I love to eat them!

Black Garlic – first of all black garlic is not a garlic variety. It is made by exposing or aging garlic to low temperatures and high humidity.
