In addition to Chesnok Red Garlic, I am growing Montana Zemo Garlic. . .

Features:

1) Since this type of garlic grows well in Montana, you know it will grow well in Pittsburgh, PA!

2) Montana Zemo Garlic is a hardneck type of garlic that is in the porcelain family.

3) The large white bulb has between 4 and 7 cloves that have pink streaked wrappers.

4) When Montana Zemo is cooked, it has a nutty and buttery flavor.

5) The cloves are easy to peel.

6) This variety stores well too!
