We had this delightful hummus at the Fall Line Restaurant in Vail, CO. It paired nicely with my Strawberry Lemonade Cocktail. Not sure what I liked better the presentation or the hummus – both were fantastic! What a great idea to use veggies instead of pita to scoop and eat!
Ingredients:
Chickpeas
Piquillo Puree – Piquillo peppers are mild and have a smoky flavor. I think I will have to grow these peppers next year.
Grilled Pita
Fresh Micro Veggies – Tomatoes, Carrots, Radishes & Peppers
