This is the first time that I grew Sparkler Radishes – so yummy!
Features:
1) Unlike the French Breakfast Radish which is oblong, the Sparkler Radish is round.
2) Like the French Breakfast, the Sparkler has red skin and transitions down to a white tip and has white flesh.
3) This variety matures in about 25 days.
4) Sparklers should be thinned or spaced to 1 inch apart.
5) This one has a mild flavor and a crispy texture.
6) It is a Spring Radish.
