Wow what a yummy plant based margarita! I had the Spicy Cucumber at the delightful Täkō restaurant in downtown Pittsburgh yesterday. It is one of my favorite Mexican restaurants in Pittsburgh!
Ingredients:
Blanco Tequila
Lime
Bauchant – this a liqueur that combines the flavors of cognac, orange and honey.
Spicy Cucumber – I just love the sliced cucumber wrapped inside the glass!
Agave
