I previously posted about two other cocktails (For Whom the Bell Tolls and Ion) when we met with friends at Siempre Algo a few weeks ago. I forgot to share this gem called Sherry Cobbler Highball which fits the criteria of a plant based cocktail.
Ingredients:
Lustau Dry Amontillado Los Arcos Sherry – sherry is made from grapes, of course!
Strawberry
Honey
Lemon Lime
Thyme – I don’t see many cocktails that include thyme!
Seltzer
