We went to a fabulous Hawaiian restaurant called the Hart in Nashville. The food and the cocktails were so goo! I absolutely loved the color and taste of the Sea Glass Cocktail (on the right)! Alan’s choice, the Royal Bermuda Yacht Club (on the left) was pretty good too!
Royal Bermuda Yacht Club Ingredients:
Rum
Falernum – a syrup liqueur from the Caribbean
Orange Curacao – orange flavored liqueur
Lime
Sea Glass Ingredients:
Rum
Cachaca – a distilled spirit made straight from sugarcane juice
Blue Curacao – blue liqueur which gives any cocktail an ocean blue color
