Negroni and Basil Pomegranate Gimlet Cocktails

We went back again to Frances Restaurant in the Shadyside neighborhood in Pittsburgh, PA.  As always, Chris served up some yummy cocktails!  The cocktail on the left is a Negroni and the one on the right is a Basil Pomegranate Gimlet.

Ingredients for the Negroni:

Barrel Finished Bluecoat

Campari – this is an Italian liqueur

Sweet Vermouth

Ingredients for the Basil Pomegranate Gimlet:

Highclere Castle Gin

Pomegranate Juice

Lime

Muddled Basil

The last interesting cocktail that I had at Frances was the Betty Rudy Cocktail.
