Since we already chatted about how to sow and grow raspberries and my favorite variety called Raspberry Shortcake, not it’s time to harvest and store Raspberries.
Harvesting Tips:  1) I wait until the raspberries are a nice shade of light red all around. Timing is everything. I definitely want to harvest the raspberries before the birds do!  2) Snip the stem right above the berry.
Of course, my favorite option is to eat fresh raspberries but if you have too many then I would suggest the following storing tips. . .
Storing Tips:  2) Rinse the raspberries. 3) Let the raspberries dry. 4) Take out the central white core. 5) Individually freeze the raspberries. 6) Store the raspberries in the freezer in a freezer container.
How easy!
