This is such a great New Orleans style restaurant in Pittsburgh, PA! I tried this plant based cocktail at Muddy Waters Oyster Bar.

Ingredients:

Gin

Dry Vermouth

Basil – a wonderful herb

Rosemary – a woody herb

Thyme – another woody herb

Celery

Lime
