Had this gem at Fig & Ash. While I am not super keen on coconut, I totally loved this cocktail called Coo Coo for Coconuts!
Ingredients:
Coconut oil washed Anejo Tequila
Pineapple Infused Compari
Baked Banana Cream Sherry
Bitters
This cocktail was a bit expensive but it was because of the coconut oil washing which takes extra time to prepare.
