We had these brussels sprouts at The Abbey on Butler Street. They were so good!

Ingredients:

Crispy Fried Brussels Sprouts

Lardons – fatty bacon

Cherry Tomatoes

Sea Salt and Black Pepper

Pomegranate Reduction

Goat Cheese

The last culinary delight from The Abbey was Edamame Hummus.
