Wow – the view, the sunsets, the food and the cocktails were spectacular at the Quarterdeck Restaurant at the base of the lighthouse in Hilton Head, SC. Our friend, Lisa picked this gem for her birthday dinner.
I had the Sunset on the Sound plant based cocktail which was so yummy!

Mint-Infused Simple Syrup
