This is so easy and quick to make. . . First, take a green zucchini and/or a yellow summer squash and make veggie noodles. To do this I used my Veggetti Spiralizer. Next, saute them in a little butter and/or simmer in a little water between four and five minutes. Add a little seasoning like salt and pepper and serve. So simple and so yummy!
