Prickly Pear and Aviation Cocktails

We went back to Carmella’s Plates and Pintos for very good dinner and plant based cocktails. Alan had a Prickly Pear Margarita and I had an Aviation Cocktails.

Ingredients for the Prickly Pear Margarita:

Don Julio Blanco

Prickly Pear Syrup – in case you didn’t know, prickly pears are the fruit of a cactus

Fresh Sours

Lime Juice

Ingredients for the Aviation Cocktail:

Nolet Gin

Creme De Violette – the main ingredient is violet flowers.

The last fruity cocktail that I shared with you was the Fresh Watermelon Martini.

Maraschino Liqueur

Fresh Lemon Juice
