Parrillagua and Berry Me Alive

Last week we went downtown to Gaucho Parilla Argentina with good friends.  Alan and I had some yummy cocktails before our yummy Argentinian dinner.  We started off with empanadas and my dinner was flank steak – fantastic!  While I like both cocktails, Parrillagua was my favorite.  I have to be honest I can’t pronounce the name of that cocktail!.

Ingredients for Parrillagua:

Grilled Watermelon

Espolon Blanco Tequila

Yellow Chartreuse

Lime

Salt

Ingredients for Berry Me Alive:

Singani 63 Bolivian Brandy

Blackberry

Basil

Creme de Cassis – French liqueur made from black currants

Green Chartreuse

Pineapple

Lemon

Topo Chico – this is a seltzer!

Doesn’t Berry Me Alive sound like a title for a tombstone at Halloween??
