We just got back from Nags Head, NC – it was so relaxing. Our bartender friends, Lisa and her husband Alan made some great Mai Tai cocktails and personalized our coconut glasses. My Alan got one decorated with a football and my coconut decoration is loosely based on my career with a CSI magnifying glass!
While you can’t see the Mai Tai drink, I can attest that it was quite yummy!
Main plant based ingredients:
1) Rum which has molasses in it!
2) Pineapple and/or Pineapple Juice
3) Orange Juice
You can find lots of variations with lime, cherry, etc. Be creative!!
