Local Shrimp Ceviche

Another treat that we had for lunch at the Ice Plant, a farm to table restaurant in St. Augustine was Local Shrimp Ceviche.

Ingredients:

Local Shrimp – of course!

Avocado

Jalapeno

Corn

Leche de Tigre or Tiger’s Milk – this is a citrus based marinade

Crispy Yams – instead of tortilla chips – so good!
