Since Mixed Emotions was so yummy we decided to try Kas Berde and Ancayando at Caya in Aruba.
Kas Berde Ingredients:
Canaima Gin
Green Chartreuse
Fresh Lime Juice
Basil and Pineapple Syrup
Garnished with a Skeleton leaf and
Collins Spear Ice – this is fancy long cubed ice!
Ancayando Ingredients:
Mezcal
Aperol
Gin
Passion Fruit Juice
Lime Juice
Garnished with a Cone of Passion Fruit Caviar – can I say fancy again?
