We went to the LeMont Restaurant on the top of Mt. Washington overlooking the city of Pittsburgh. I had the best salad! The rest of my dinner did not disappoint!
Ingredients:
Green Chickpeas
Romaine
Fresh Diced Pears
Toasted Pistachios
Pomegranate Seeds
Homemade White Balsamic Vinaigrette

I never had green chickpeas on a salad. Last salad I shared was Off the Beet-En Path. which had black bean cakes – I love to try different veggie combinations!
