In addition to Wando Peas, I typically grow Green Arrow Peas.
Features:
1) Since green arrow peas only vine up to 28 inches, you can plant this variety on a smaller trellis.
2) The pods on this variety are a bit longer. Typically, the pods are 5 inches long.
3) Each pod holds between 8 and 11 peas.
4) Green Arrow Peas freeze well.
5) The flowers are white.
6) Green arrow peas resist powdery mildew and fusarium wilt which is a good thing for pea production.
7) This pea matures in a little over 65 days.
