While this variety is called Gigante Verde, another name is Giant Green Tomatillos!
Features:
1) The plant can reach up to 4 feet tall even though my seed pack said only 2 feet.
2) Gigante Verde Tomatillo fruit is about 4 inches in diameter.
3) Since the tomatillos are green, they are perfect for making traditional Salsa Verde.
4) Gigante Verdes are sweet and tangy.
5) They can be eaten raw or roasted. I love the roasted!
