I am growing French Grey Shallots for the first time this year.

1) This variety can withstand heavy freezes.

5) This variety will store between 3 and 5 months.
6) Unlike Dutch Red Shallots and Dutch Yellow Shallots, this variety is hard to find locally and even on online. I purchased my French Grey Shallots from Filaree Farm’s online store.
