Well I am back from vacation and ready to start blogging again. Â I was visiting my friend, Kelly and her family in the Denver area. Â Kelly bought this great looking and sturdy Keter Elevated Garden Bed that she has on her porch from Sam’s Club.
I took a peak on their webpage for the cost which is $87.97.  Here’s what you get for the money. . . It holds 31 gallons of dirt, is made of polypropylene resin and is fade resistant. It also says that it has its own watering system which I forgot to ask Kelly about!  The dimensions are 44.9″ L x 19.4″ W x 29.8″ H so it saves on back strain.
Now it’s time to take a look inside to see what Kelly is growing. . . tomatoes, peppers, flowers, basil, parsley, cilantro, several types of lettuce. Â It looks great with the small plants in front.
If someone in my family buys one (or two) elevated garden beds for me (THIS IS A HINT!), I would use one for strawberries. lettuce, annual herbs or carrots. Â The options are endless!
