Edamame Hummus

We had this yummy appetizer at The Abbey on Butler Street. While I love hummus, this is the first time that I ever had it made out of edamame beans instead of chickpeas. It exceeded my expectation!

Ingredients:

Edamame and Olive Oil Spread

Seasoned Naan or Fresh Vegetables

Microgreens

This post made me think back to the Fall Line Hummus that I had in Colorado last summer. This hummus was made with chickpeas.
