Cube of Butter is my favorite yellow summer squash!
Best Features:
1) This plant is very productive!
2) The skin is thin and tender.
3) Cube of Butter has a buttery taste.
4) The skin is buttery yellow and the inside is a creamy white color.
5) Cube of Butter is disease resistant.
6) While it grows as a bush and will get up to 2 feet tall and between 3 and 4 feet wide, I use round tomato cages to corral the stems so it takes up less space. Now the tomato cages are squash cages!
