Whenever I can’t find African Blue Basil at the nursery, I just grow Cinnamon Basil to attract the pollinators.  Bees love it!

Features:

  • Cinnamon Basil has a cinnamon flavor and aroma.
  • This variety is container friendly.
  • The Cinnamon Basil plant has green leaves, purple veins and stems with pinkish-purple flowers.
  • It is edible and ornamental! 
  • Cinnamon Basil grows up to 3 feet tall.
  • While Cinnamon Basil matures in 65 days, it will be around all summer and into the fall.
  • Just like other basils, it loves sun and hates any frost.
