There are some restaurants that really know how to prepare vegetable dishes by kicking them up a notch.   In addition, to their Summer Squash Soup, the chef at Siempre Algo put together a great Charred Broccolini dish.

Chargrilled Broccolini with Citrus

Calabrian Chili Puree – Calabrian Chili Peppers are smokey and spicy Italian peppers.  They range from 25,000 to 40,000 Scoville Heat Units.

After having this dish, I’ve decided to grow broccolini and Calabrian peppers.
