There are two main types of spinach! As far as color, spinach just comes in green. Savoy: This type has crinkled and curly leaves and is more cold tolerant. Smooth: This type of spinach has flat, smooth leaves and is more heat tolerant. I previously shared the types of arugula and bok choy.
