Don’t know what happened to my weekend, but I didn’t have time to post a plant based cocktail on Friday. Better late than never! The Bisontini Cocktail (on the right) is the signature drink at The Brown Hotel in Kentucky. Alan had bourbon neat (on the left).
Ingredients:
Buffalo Trace Bourbon – made from corn, rye and barley malt
Buffalo Trace Bourbon Cream Liqueur
Hint of Nutmeg
We liked this cocktail so much we went to the gift shop at the Buffalo Trace Distillery while we were in Kentucky and bought the two main ingredients.
Two other cocktails that we had at The Brown Hotel were the Brown Manhatten and Ali’s Smash.
