We went back to Con Alma to hear jazz music plus dinner and cocktails. Did you know that Con Alma was named one of the best new bars in 2021 in Esquire’s Magazine.
They updated their cocktail list so I had to share this one with you. I thought Verde Sangrita was really interesting, unique and very tasty. The presentation was unusual. . . as they presented the tequila separate from the other ingredients. You have two choices: 1) you can sip on the tequila and then sip the other ingredients or 2) you can pour in the tequila. I tried both way – of course! I learned something new today. . . it was not an unusual presentation as a Sangrita is a traditional Mexican drink served as a chaser to tequila.

Tomatillo and Celery Juice
Agave
Lime
Sea Salt
Jalapeno
