Sweet: These peppers are mild and sweet which are good to eat raw or cooked.
Bell: While some people classify bell peppers as sweet peppers, bell peppers have a sweet and slightly bitter taste. These peppers are good to eat raw or cooked.
Hot: Watch out these peppers have some heat. The heat level is measured in Scoville heat units. I think the tolerable range is between 500 and 300,000. I don’t think I could go higher. Overall, it is better to cook these peppers or include them raw in salsa!
