I’ve been growing Bright Lights seed blend from Botanical Interests which I noticed they don’t carry this specific blend anymore.
There are other blends available that are worth taking a look at for your colorful garden. . .
Celebration – has red, magenta, orange, pink, yellow and white stems
Five Color Silverbeet – this blend has yellow, gold, orange, pink or white stems
Improved Rainbow Blend – which has red, pink, white, yellow or gold stems
You can find packets of just one of the colors if you want. I wanted to highlight the following varieties:
Fordhook Giant White – this variety has thicker stems and grows well in cold and hot weather
Ruby Red/Rhubarb
Barese Swiss Chard – this one is said to be more delicate and tender.
I previously wrote about seed ideas for spinach – check it out!
You can find these seeds at Baker Creek, Botanical Interests, High Mowing Seeds and/or MIGardener.
