While most seed companies sell Flat Leaf and Moss Curled Parsley seeds, I found some other choices. Just like sage, there are a few surprises!
Seed Ideas:
Flat Leaf – this is my fav.
Moss Curled – very cold tolerant
The next two are from MIgardener:
Triple Curled – lots of curled leaves
Hamburg Rooted Parsley – this one is totally different. The roots are edible and look like parsnip. Above ground, the leaves and stem are edible too and look like a “regular” parsley plant.
Mitsuba – this is a Japanese herb is totally edible (leaves, stems roots and seeds) and can be purchased from Rare Seeds.
