Stalk or Stem Seed Ideas:

- Utah Tall – this one will reach up to 24 inches tall.

- D’Elne – this French variety grow to 18 inches tall.

Chinese or Leaf Seed Ideas:
Don’t forget that the stems are long, thin and hollow for this type of celery. I found these seeds at Rare Seeds.
- Amsterdam – this variety has green stems and leaves
- Chinese Pink – this variety has pink stems and green leaves.
- Chinese White – this variety has white stems and green leaves.
