This is the first year that I am growing Salad Burnett and it is so easy to grow.
Features:
1) Salad Burnet has a cucumber flavor like borage.
2) This herb is a Mediterranean variety.
3) Salad Burnet loves full sun.
4) It can be grown as an annual or as a perennial in zones 4 through 8. I will let you know if my plant returns!
5) It matures around 100 days.
6) Salad Burnet can be eaten fresh in salad, included in oil, sauces, and herb butter or use the leaves in soups and eggs.
7) It is a low growing plant with a width of 12 to 18 inches.
