On Friday, we enjoyed Restaurant Week in Pittsburgh. One of our stops was Monterey Bay Fish Grotto in Mt. Washington overlooking downtown Pittsburgh. The view and the food was fantastic! Also, I had a yummy cocktail called Rhuby in the Sky and Alan had a martini with sweet vermouth.

Ingredients:

Ginzer Gin

Wigle Rhubarb

Black Peppercorn

Lemon

Rhubarb Bitters

Garnished with Thyme
