Put the following vegetable ingredients in a mason jar, mix the pickling liquid ingredients, pour the liquid over the vegetables, put a lid on it and refrigerate.
Vegetable Ingredients:
Cucumbers
Shallots or Onions
Garlic
Pickling Liquid:
1/3 cup of vinegar (white, rice or apple cider vinegar
1 cup of water
2 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp dried dill
