Put the following vegetable ingredients in a mason jar, mix the pickling liquid ingredients, pour the liquid over the vegetables, put a lid on it and refrigerate.
Vegetable Ingredients:
Remove Center and Slice or Shred Fennel
Fennel fronds
Garlic Scapes
Chunks of Garlic
Sliced Carrots
Sliced Onion
Pickling Liquid:
1 cup of white vinegar, rice wine and apple cider
1 cup of water
1 tsp white sugar
1 tsp kosher salt
10 Black Peppercorn
1 tsp Fresh Ground Ginger
