We recently went to Con Alma for John Shannon’s new album release of “A Day in Tarifa”. While watching this talented jazz trio, I tried the lovely plant based cocktail called Penn Ave Negroni and Alan had to have his favorite Backstage Sally cocktail.
Penn Ave Negroni Ingredients:
Iron City Distilling Gin – While Iron City is know by Pittsburghers for beer, now they have branched out as a distillery.
Campari – this is an Italian type of bitters
Cocchi Rosa – this is an Italian red Barchetto wine infused with flowers and spices.
