Yesterday was the first time we went to Con Alma which is a restaurant and jazz bar. It did not disappoint – the jazz musicians, the Cuban food and the cocktails were superb!
The Old Cuban was one of our favorite cocktails which is the one on the left..
Ingredients:
Bliss spiced Rum
Mint
Agave
lime
Angostura Bitters
Topo – just so you know topo is a sparkling mineral water
Another favorite with our friend was the Backstage Sally – love the name! This is the cocktail on the right.
Ingredients:
Banhez Mezcal – this liquer is made from agaves
Ancho Reyes Verde – this liquer is made from ancho and poblano chiles
