I had a delicious Lava Flow Cocktail and Alan had a fruity mocktail at The Naked Fisherman in St. Lucia.
Ingredients for the Lava Flow Cocktail:
Coconut Rum from
Coconut Cream
Pineapple Juice
Strawberry Puree
I loved that this restaurant had its own cove and beach. Plus the views were fantastic!
The only down side is that you have to take a bunch a steps down to it. When you leave, you have quite a hike back up those steps!
