Since I’ve been on vacation, it is time to start catching up. Our vacation in San Juan, Puerto Rico and St. Croix was a blast!  I had some interesting cocktails that use herbs, fruit and/or vegetables which I need to share.
On my birthday, we went to Café Berlin in Old San Juan and I had a Juanita Mimosa with my breakfast! A great way to start any birthday.
Ingredients:
Champagne (of course!)
Acerola Fruit Juice –Â which comes from a tropical cherry and
St. Germain liqueur (see the link for another cocktail made with St. Germain)
