I recently bought my first three air plants from a cute local store called the Ruby Flora Plant Shop in Bethel Park, PA. Also, I bought the glass terrarium to house the air plants. I used some marbles that I had to prop the air plants.
Growing Tips:
1) Air plants need air, not soil, to grow and some moisture. 2) If you use a glass terrarium, then I would suggest using stones or marbles to prop up the air plants. 3) Submerge the air plants once a week for 20 minutes in a bowl. 3) Gently shake the air plants upside down. 4) Dry the air plants upside down. 5) Once or twice a week you can mist them with water. 6) Air plants prefer bright but indirect sunlight.
How easy!
