There’s a first time for everything. . .this is the first year that I am growing collard greens. In particular, I am growing a variety called Green Flash.
Features:
1) Green Flash has cute paddle leaves.
2) This variety will grow up to 18 inches tall.
3) Collards enjoy the spring and fall for growing.
4) Green Flash is bolt resistant.
5) This variety has a mild nutty flavor.
6) Green Flash likes a sunny spot in the garden.
7) Just have to sow collards 1/4 inch deep.
The last green that we reviewed was Viroflay Spinach.
